TURN IN: One labeled color wheel with lines that connect the terms with the colors. Notice there are 4 analogous colors not 3 : )
OBJECTIVES: To use: warm, cool, complementary, monochromatic, and achromatic color theory in your photographs.
PROCEDURES: You can use your cell phone or other point and shoot camera at home for two of these pictures. The others need to be taken a school with the school camera. This assignment needs to havephotographic integrity(except for the achromatic picture).
Take a variety of photographs that illustrate: warm colors, cool colors, complimentary colors, monochromatic, and achromatic color. Create four labeled 4x6, 5in x 7in, 8in x 10in (horizontal or vertical) or 10x10 - native resolution (leave the file the resolution it is, leave the resolution box blank when using the crop tool) digital files. Be sure you are using the basic file prep steps on each picture you turn in. See the class web site for an example. Name the file what it is an example of (example: warm colors.psd, cool colors.psd, complimentary colors.psd, and achromatic color.psd). Save the files as jpg's and upload as a labeled gallery on the assignment page of your Weebly website. Save the layer labeled psd's on you computer. See me for help.

Don't take pictures of paintings, material prints, or other art work. Like all assignments, these need to be new pictures taken for this assignment.
